MEET TAMMY WILLIAMS
"Everything is Possible, With Tammy!"
Proven Leadership Delivering Results for Our Community
Tammy has always believed that leadership is about service. First elected to the West Orange Township Council in 2020, she has consistently brought accountability, transparency, and compassion to local government. Tammy understands that every decision impacts families, seniors, businesses, and young people — and she has built a reputation for results that put people first.
In addition to her service as a Councilwoman and Council President, Tammy continues to lead at the state and regional level. She serves on the State of NJ District Ethics and Fee Committee and the Housing Community Foundation of The Oranges (HCFO) Board. These positions deepen her commitment to ethical governance, financial responsibility, and community-focused decision-making. These leadership roles reflect Tammy’s belief that government must not only serve, but serve with integrity.
Tammy is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, the Pearls of Wisdom Foundation, Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, the National Association of Parliamentarians, and several professional real estate organizations. Beyond her public service, she is a sought-after facilitator and speaker for companies, colleges, high schools, and community groups on topics such as real estate, team building, networking, and maximizing personal potential.
At every stage of her career, Tammy has represented West Orange residents with high ethical and moral standards — raising the bar for how local government serves its people. She brings not only proven experience but also a clear vision: to Reset, Reimagine, and move West Orange FORWARD together.
